Order Processing
Most orders placed by 12:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time typically ship the next business day.
We do not ship on weekends; however, orders may be processed, packed, or labeled over the weekend and ship on Monday.
During periods of unusually high order volume (holidays), please allow 24+ business hours from confirmed payment for fulfillment, excluding weekends and holidays.
Order Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1 business day. Shipping speed begins once the order has been handed to the carrier.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s operations and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, service disruptions, or regional delays.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. We are happy to assist with tracking information or carrier inquiries if a delay occurs.
Signature Confirmation for High-Value Orders
Orders totaling $1,500 or more ship via UPS with signature confirmation recommended to help ensure secure delivery.
Customers may choose to waive signature confirmation during checkout.
Shipments delivered without signature confirmation provide less delivery protection, and recovery options may be limited once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Xcel Peptides is not responsible for loss, theft, or delivery disputes once the carrier marks the package as delivered for orders that waive signature confirmation
Shipping Notifications & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If tracking shows “label created” or no movement, the carrier has not yet scanned the package. Tracking will update once the shipment reaches the next carrier hub. Please continue checking the tracking link for updates.
Orders Marked Delivered but Not Received
It is common for carriers to mark a package as delivered before it physically arrives.
If your order is marked delivered but not received:
Please allow up to 72 hours
Check with neighbors or building management
If the package has not arrived after 72 hours, please contact Support@XcelPeptides.com.
Chargebacks & Delivery Claims
By completing a purchase on XcelPeptides.com, you acknowledge that delivery confirmation provided by the carrier constitutes proof of delivery.
For high value orders ($1,500+) shipped without signature confirmation, delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks the package as delivered. As noted above, shipments delivered without signature confirmation provide less delivery protection, and recovery options may be limited once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Chargebacks submitted for orders marked as delivered by the carrier will be disputed using carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, order records, and checkout acknowledgments. Customers are encouraged to contact Support@XcelPeptides.com prior to initiating a chargeback so we may assist where possible.
Returned to Sender / Address Issues
If a U.S. order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:
We may be able to reship the order
A $10 reshipment fee applies
If a package is lost due to address errors and not due to fault of Xcel Research LLC, any refund or credit is issued at our discretion.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on new, unopened, and undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of the order date.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Proof of purchase is required
If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
All orders are weighed and documented prior to shipping to prevent errors or fraudulent claims.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.
